November 14, 2010: 

I met Jeff when he was working as my chiropractor’s assistant.  I had been seeing my chiropractor for some time for back problems and had just suffered a shoulder injury when Jeff started working there.  He began treating me for the injury using Trigger Point Therapy and after several treatments my shoulder healed.  Jeff soon left the practice to devote more time to his massage and Energy Guided Healing business and he began to give me massages.  I had suffered from migraines and acid reflux for over 30 years, had a weight problem and back problems.  Jeff has been working with me through massages, his Energy Guided Healing system and hypnotherapy for over two years.  I am now headache free, no longer take medicine for acid reflux and have lost over 30 pounds and kept it off for nearly two years.  The back problems still persist but his treatments soothe my pain and discomfort and provide me the flexibility to work out 5-6 days per week.  His knowledge, sensitivity, intuition, encouragement, support and genuine concern for my health all have helped me reach, and in some cases exceed, my healthy lifestyle goals.  I feel better now at 48 than I did when I was a teenager!!  Thanks, Jeff – it is a blessing having you in my life!!

October 11, 2007:

Jeff,

I just wanted to take the time to thank you for helping me over the past few months.  As a result of your treatments and care I have not had to use my fast acting asthma inhaler.  I have not had to worry about dust, or pet fur, or having milk in my morning coffee since we completed the treatments.  And I cannot remember the last time that I had a tension headache.  The pressure-point therapy and massages were faster acting and longer lasting than taking some form of pain killer.

As a side note I haven't had been sick with a cold or flu or any such malady since I began coming to you.  I think that is due to the holistic approach to my health and the plan of action to treat the problem and not just the symptoms, as usually happens when I used to go to my doctor.

I don't know why more people do not chose to use a holistic approach to their health.
